  8. Post-Ups is yet another program that lets you put notes on your computer
  9. screen. The reason I made this application is because I wanted something
  10. that looks more like the famous 3M Post-Its that you use around the house
  11. and at the office.

  13. After looking in the software libraries for something that lit my fire (and
  14. not finding anything) I decided what the hell, I'll give it a shot. Keep in
  15. mind that this is my first Visual Basic program ever, but don't be afraid, I
  16. think it will still outshine many submissions of this type of application (at
  17. least aesthetically.)

  19. So anyway, down to business...You (being a personal friend and all) may use this
  20. file any way you choose. You can give it to friends, relatives, (if you don't
  21. like it, you can give it to enemies), or anyone else you want to.

  23. In other words, this program is absolutely free of charge, and you may do whatever
  24. you like with it.

  27. Setup:
  28. Post.exe is a self-extracting .zip file. After extraction, you will need to run
  29. Setup.exe. This is a standard Visual Basic setup routine that will load the executable
  30. and create a program manager group for you.
